When choosing the perfect items for your custom menu, we recommend balancing between hot & cold hors d’oeuvres (i.e. 3 cold & 2 hot) to ensure there is a balance at your event. This ensures there is always a cold hors d’oeuvre to pass, while a hot item is prepared in the oven. Add-on set-out appetizers for a heavier cocktail hour.
