Kevin Weir

As owner and founder, Kevin Weir brings more than 30 years of hospitality background to the company. Prior to starting the company, his experience included management positions at the Hyatt and Westin hotels in San Francisco and two local, private country clubs.

 

Edip Borluca

Executive Chef Edip Borluca is a New York City native where he earned his culinary degree and began his career at fine restaurants within the theater district. Edip's eclectic background allows him to create original and diverse menus featuring local artisan foods, giving Weir & Associates its unique culinary reputation. Edip remains committed to continuing his education, staying current on industry trends. He has spent five of the last twelve years of his career as our executive chef.

 

Samantha Bryer

Samantha Bryer has over ten years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry from hotel operations with the Four Seasons, to sales & marketing, and catering & special event planning with Joie de Vivre Hospitality. She has consulted for the Mountain Terrace in Woodside, an exclusive wedding and special events venue, working with the Managing Partner to coordinate weddings, corporate retreats and private parties. She joined Weir & Associates over four years ago as the Catering and Event Planning Manager.
